Would be good to play for throwback nights and everyone should be able to play it on high settings (max res is 1024x768 lol).

There is an INI file or something somewhere where you can manually input 1080 res and play widescreen BF1942 goodness, at least for my version. I dont have the origin version yet. I will start downloading it now and totally be there for some old school gaming if you guys set it up.

There is also a HD mod that increases view distance and some other stuff, but its used like an x-pack so doesn't work with desert combat or anything other than the base game.
